• No food or drink allowed. (We allow an exception for ‘cake smash’ sessions. PLEASE do not leave a mess for the next guest. We provide paper towels and cleaning products)
• No confetti or glitter allowed.
• No open flames, dry ice, sparklers allowed.
• Please do not walk on the furniture in shoes. Do not jump on bed. Max capacity 350lbs (or 2 adults and 2 small children)
• Place all trash in the trash can when you’re done.
• Please reset furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place.
• When you are on the white floor, please wear shoe covers or socks when not in the picture.
• When moving furniture or large props that need to slide on the floor, please use furniture coasters or dollies. (Pushing or shoving without furniture sliders can damage the floors and furniture legs as well. If you need help, please email staff ahead of your booking.) Furniture damage, including leg damage, will incur a fee of up to $300. Floor damage and deep scratches will incur a fee of up to $500.)
• Any damages to props or backdrops will incur a fee equal to the replacement cost of that item.
• If the studio is left untidy at the end of the booking, there will be an automatic $25 reset/cleaning fee added to your booking.

• Guests may cancel their booking until 10 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price. Please email us to cancel your booking.
• Guests may cancel their booking between 10 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price or at your request, or you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking. Again, please sed us an email.
• Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the start time are not refundable. However, at your request, you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking. Please send us an email with this request.
• All in house studio credits will be given in the form of a coupon code or gift certificate that can be used within 90 days of your original booking date. 
• Refund blackout dates: Cancellation of weekend bookings from 10/15-12/15 can be rescheduled with studio credit for weekday bookings in the next 90 days, but are not refundable.

• Natural light is beautiful and even all day long with directional light patterns more predominate during the morning hours for those who love to add dimension to their images.
• We also have lighting equipment available in the studio for rent ($20): one Alien Bee 400 and one 86″ PLM umbrella w/diffusion cover.

Pets are permitted, must be leashed at ALL TIMES. Please be sure to purchase the add-on for including a pet, $15.

• Session props such as plants, vases, chairs, boxes, clothing rack, mirrors, and seasonal installations are all included with your studio booking.
• Reflectors, backdrop stands, and extension cords are available at no charge.
• Studio lighting, clothes steamers, and full sweeps are available for an additional charge.

Looks Like Virgo offers free WiFi to all guests. The username and password is provided in your booking confirmation and posted inside the studio for your convenience.

Public parking is free and can be found all along Wells Street. 5 parking spots are also available directly behind the studio.
