Thank you for choosing Looks Like Virgo, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure everyone’s experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Please treat our studio with the same care you would your own. Your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment is greatly appreciated.
After your session, we request that you leave the rooms in a clean and tidy condition. This not only reflects positively on your team but also helps us maintain a pristine studio for all our clients.
Your adherence to these guidelines is crucial for the continued success of Looks Like Virgo. Failure to comply may result in loss of future access or additional cleaning fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making Looks Like Virgo a welcoming space for all.
THE STUDIO
Looks Like Virgo is located in the old Wells corridor. We are an all blue building on the West side of the street located at 1643 N. Wells St. 46808.
The closest main intersection is Huffman and Wells St.
There is free street parking along Wells Street. Please note that parking along Wells can be worrisome and so we suggest you park conveniently in the rear lot of the studio, and come through our back door. There are three dedicated spaces for Looks Like Virgo customers.

- The Studio doors will be unlocked for your arrival. Please turn the handle and pull. If you find it locked, please reach out to us to unlock remotely. – please text (317) 340-3453
- There may be another reservation before yours. If you see/hear them inside, and they have not concluded by your start time, then please announce yourself to alert them. If that does not work – please text (317) 340-3453
There is not an attendant on site, however we do staff two studio coordinators. We also have video cameras inside the studio for your safety, and ours.
Our restroom is located in the back hallway of the studio.
Security cameras are in place to foster a culture of accountability among both employees and visitors. By maintaining a visual record of daily operations, cameras help resolve disputes fairly, provide valuable evidence in case of incidents, and encourage adherence to company policies. We prioritize a safe, respectful, and transparent environment for everyone.
There is a dedicated private changing room in the back hallway. Your guests will enjoy the large mirror, hanging racks, and ease of use. Feel free to store your customers belongings here as well.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Although we do not have a dedicated place for forgotten items we do keep eveything, please let us know if you left something behind.
In the unlikely event that any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please inform us immediately. Please note that broken or damaged items will be charged and invoiced accordingly. To avoid any unnecessary charges, we encourage you to report any issues as soon as possible. Our studio coordinators check the studios daily to ensure that everything is in good condition, but your prompt reporting is crucial in helping us maintain our standards and provide the best possible experience for all of our clients.
We are a natural light studio and our light is weather dependent.
We have lighting equipment for rent, which includes on camera flash, and also our Alien Bee 400 strobe with large umbrella modifier. (Don’t panic, this gear comes with a ‘quick-start’ instruction guide for beginners. You’ll be up and running in no time flat!)

BOOKINGS + CANCELLATIONS
At Looks Like Virgo, we make booking your photography session easy and convenient with our online scheduling system. Our online calendars are regularly updated to reflect the latest availability and pricing of our services.
Please note that our online bookings are strictly for photography related services only. If you’re planning on hosting an event at Looks Like Virgo kindly send us an email to make those special arrangements.
Once you have booked your photography session, you will receive several emails from us. The first email, “Your Booking Order and Payment Details,” is your official invoice with Looks Like Virgo, including our mobile/text number, which you should keep for your records.
The second email you’ll receive is the “Booking Confirmed – Order Number XXX” email, which confirms the details which includes our studio rules, check-in information, and studio policy. You will receive this email each time you book.
Access to the studios is granted according to the start time of your booking.
To access the studio you have booked, simply arrive at the scheduled time and date. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your session start time. Your booking guarantees you access to the studio during your reserved time, so please ensure you arrive promptly to make the most of your session.
Your bookings can be extended while in studio.
Please reach out to our Studio Operations team via text at 317-340-3453 for any extension requests within 24 hours of your booking time or while inside the studio.
- Guests may cancel their booking until 10 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.
- Guests may cancel their booking between 10 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price or at your request, or you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking.
- Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the start time are not refundable. However, at your request, you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking.
- All in house studio credits will be given in the form of a coupon code or gift certificate that can be used within 90 days of your original booking date.
- Refund blackout dates: Cancellation of weekend bookings from 10/15-12/15 can be rescheduled with studio credit for weekday bookings in the next 90 days, but are not refundable.
- YES-but, guests may cancel their booking until 10 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.
- And, guests may cancel their booking between 10 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price or at your request, or you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking.

We understand that unexpected weather changes can sometimes disrupt plans, and we want to make sure our customers are taken care of. Therefore, we are pleased to offer full studio credit for any day of cancellations affected by severe weather conditions or other natural disaster events. If you need to make arrangements due to these circumstances, please don’t hesitate to contact our studio operations team at [email protected]
PETS
We welcome pets at Looks Like Virgo!
In order to keep the studio free of allergens, we spend extra time cleaning the studios and removing pet hair after any photoshoots including a pet. Cleaning fee is $15.
SEASONAL INSTALLATIONS
Looks Like Virgo installs seasonal decor. These carefully crafted installations are set to a specific section of the studio. Please note that these installations are only available for a limited time and exclusively showcased within the studio.
The months of October to January, are our highly anticipated Holiday Season and our studio will receive a Holiday installation during this time period.
Once an installation is set up within the studio, it cannot be moved from its designated location. This placement is carefully curated by the designer to optimize lighting and positioning. Some setups may incorporate hanging features and decor pieces that are fixed in place, rendering relocation impossible.
